The 2010 South Plains UWCD Water Wise Landscape Workshop was this past weekend at the First Christian Church in Brownfield. Door prizes were given out to those in attendance. Door prizes included a rain barrel, and plants donated by Little Red Riding Hood nursery in Brownfield.
Our guest speakers for the day were Janette Scott, a certified Master Gardner in Lubbock.
Randall Marriot, licensed irrigator and owner of irrigation dynamics in Lubbock.
Gary Bryant, Agrilife Extension specialist for water programs in Fort Stockton.
