The Permian Basin UWCD is currently at the 2009 Howard County Fair in Big Spring Texas. The theme for all the booths participating in the fair this year is “fall”. The PBUWCD booth display is a tree that has leaves of information falling off of it. It explains what types of services that the PBUWCD offers the residents of Howard and Martin Counties.
We also have a fishing booth set up for our favorite customers.
